Video Resume
1. In as much detail as possible record the steps it took to create your video resume in Adobe Premiere Rush. Use complete sentences. Try to recall as many of the different tools and processes as possible.
I imported all of my media that I needed. I placed my main video track onto the time, with the mic audio alongside it. Then I made cuts using the slice tool, to the video to make sure I got the desired result. I added the images and my photographs I wanted. Then I added transitions to those images. I also added specially text to make some of my words stand out more. I finished off by adding the music I wanted.
2. How does a video resume differ from a traditional paper resume?
A video resume shows off the skills visually rather than a piece of paper which tells you. Words can be warped to make an applicant weaker or stronger, but a video resume truly shows what an applicant is capable of.
3. How might you use your video resume in the future and how would you update it to further help you?
I might want to use this video resume to show the progress I have made. I would definitely add more images that are more unique and specialized to my skills in photography. I would also like to make my video more cinematic and appear professional. I would go to exotic locations make my background more amusing.
